Hello Dear Loves!
Today is a big day all over the world inclusive and regardless of what you believe and where you come from, today is the shortest day in the Northern Hemisphere and the longest day South of the Equator.
This is the peak of Light and Dark in our world and the turning of the tides.
It is a great time to take pause, notice the part that the dark and light play in our lives, and the value of both. As we enter into the new cycle and the turning of the season, take a moment to set a a hopeful intention for what you would like to experience, learn, and grow towards in the next year.
In our most powerful and embodied times we might glimpse our own ability to be co-creators of our own experience. The stories we tell, the meaning we make, the way we perceive and work with our challenges has everything to do with the reality we inhabit.
Here is a little hand out I made this week for the kids I teach. We were making beeswax candles to honor the Winter Solstice. I hope you enjoy this and the humble song as a blessing to gentle your entry into the next world of our creation.
